MAKING AN IMPACT
Reporting to the VP, Mass Marketing, the Director, Integrated Campaigns and Product Development will transform the future of cancer by leading all integrated national mass (individual giving) revenue campaigns within the portfolio. The successful candidate will apply data-driven strategies to increase campaign revenue, acquisitions, renewal, retention, conversion, to grow the donor lifetime value, including developing go-to-market strategies to advance the Canadian Cancer Society’s mission. This position is ideal for a senior integrated campaigns fundraising professional who enjoys building, leading and developing a highly motivated teams, and thrives in a multi-faceted, results-oriented, and dynamic environment where one must elevate strategy, planning, execution and forward-thinking revenue solutions while managing in the realities of today.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the go-to-market plan for all integrated time-bound revenue campaigns (Daffodil, Holiday, Cause-Based, Lottery), develop and scale new product offering (Dedications) to acquire net-new donor segments and expand the offering across efficient conversion channels.
- Support the implementation of the 5-year Organizational Strategic plan through the development and execution of new always-on cause/campaign revenue model.
- Support Rev Dev 5-year and Mass growth priorities with a long-term view to maintain existing integrated campaign revenue while testing new product offerings within the existing go-to-market framework.
- Build team and departmental capacity and lead a cross-functional strategy, planning and test plans.
- Drive innovative strategies across campaigns, platforms and programs to attract, acquire, and retain new supporter segments.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to maximize campaign revenue through the design, socialization and implementation of new minimal-viable-product testing strategies.
- Protect the brand and deliver a donor-centric integrated campaign experience measured through revenue, new-donor acquisition and retention/renewal.
- Oversee the development and administration of the operating expense budgets and ensure expense targets are met.
- Oversee consultants, agencies, and partners to support program and campaign activities.
- Continually measure campaign activities ensuring ongoing analysis, monitoring of results, evaluation, sharing learning, and communicating key policy or practice areas.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share and leverage integrated campaign and product development best practices to support the planning and implementation of cross-functional programs.
- Proactively monitor external markets and continually assesses integrated campaigns best practices to start, stop, continue to increase business revenue.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Lead a team of four including retaining, recruiting, building capacity, and engaging staff and business partners to meet strategic priorities.
- Provide support and direction in the development, alignment, and accomplishment of digital-first fundraising objectives through on-going performance feedback, recognition, and coaching.

- Other duties as assigned
- Post-graduate education in digital marketing and/or digital fundraising.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience with a strategic focus or combination of digital marketing, direct response, integrated campaigns, direct marketing and digital fundraising experience, preferably in the not-for-profit sector.
- Exceptional integrated campaign and/or product fundraising record of success in conceptualizing and implementing innovative revenue generating go-to-market strategies. .
- Demonstrated skills with management of omni channel campaigns, data segmentation, budget forecasting and segment and channel fundraising activities
- Professional presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven record of navigating competing organizational priorities and workflows.
- Skilled in proactively identifying risk and revenue mitigation plans and agile testing methodologies.
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, project management and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong financial management experience.
- Excellent sector knowledge and understanding of the Canadian not–for-profit landscape.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Project Management, Salesforce, Google Analytics Data Studio and Luminate Online an asset.
- A team player who values an environment of open communication and collaboration
- English is required, French/Bilingualism (French /English) is an asset due to the organization’s nationwide operations.
