About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Bilingual Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. Your role, critical to the team’s success, will be to provide ongoing administrative and transactional support to recruitment team consultants, as well as to implement best practices and apply human resources policies.
This is a temporary 6-month secondment/contract opportunity.
Preferred Work Location: Montréal or Toronto.
This is a national role and you have the opportunity to work out of any location in Canada. However, bilingualism (French & English) is required.
What you’ll do here:
Provide operational and administrative support to recruitment process within our Service Level Agreement
Stay current on our policies, practices and guidelines for Talent Acquisition transactions
Support team for the Talent Acquisition & administrative tasks
Coordinate the background check process, including applying the escalation guidelines to internal and external hires and job changes
Ensure that all processes conducted in Workday (Contact People) are in line with identified workflows to ensure data integrity and best in class stakeholder experience
What you bring to the table:
Bilingualism (French / English) is required considering the need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country
1 year of experience in recruitment coordination
College or university degree with a Human Resources specialization or a combination of education and work experience
Experience with Workday is a strong asset
Ability to multi-task and meet multiple individual and team deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with changing priorities
Strong team player who embraces change and is committed to continuous improvement
Demonstrate strong collaboration skills and excellent customer service
Positive attitude, autonomy, and strong sense of ethics
Proficient written and verbal communication skills along with a proven ability to build relationships
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Discretion, diplomacy, resourcefulness and initiative
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
