The Role:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior Relationship Managers managing complex business portfolios in agricultural and rural industries.
  • Drive business growth by expanding Owner relationships in rural markets and collaborating on strategies to increase Libro’s market share in agricultural banking.
  • Act as Libro’s subject matter expert on agricultural banking, advising on trends, risks, and opportunities, and representing Libro at industry events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the agricultural sector, advocating for Libro’s role in supporting rural businesses.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years in business banking, agricultural banking, or commercial lending, with a focus on rural markets.
  • Proven experience leading high-performing teams in financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural industries and rural business dynamics.
  • Professional designations (PFP, CFP, CFA) and an established network within the agricultural sector are preferred.
  • Experience in credit risk management and complex financing solutions.
  • A passion for helping people grow their financial well-being.
