Your Role

Reporting to the General Manager (with a dotted line to the Regional Sales Director), you’ll be the local connector who keeps our sales strategy in tune. You’ll build relationships, drive revenue, and help guests discover what’s next.

You’ll

  • Assist in managing, tracking, and preparing invoices for accounts payable.
  • Handle all hotel cash-handling functions and reconcile cash drops at the front desk.
  • Post city ledger payments in the Property Management System (PMS); reconcile and bill all city ledger accounts.
  • Perform follow-up on billing and credit collection; notify the General Manager of any potentially uncollected accounts.
  • Review guest, city, and deposit ledgers to ensure accurate payment and revenue posting.
  • Set up new accounts in accordance with the hotel’s established credit policies.
  • Assist with monthly departmental inventory audits and input final inventory totals into spreadsheets.
  • Support the Front Desk during department meetings or staffing gaps, including shift coverage if needed (as requested by the General Manager).
  • Assist with Food & Beverage operations, including placing orders and managing inventories.
  • Support SHG and HR initiatives, including coordination of staff social events.
  • Provide group sales support to internal and external clients; process all sales leads in a timely manner.
  • Conduct creative, client-focused site inspections tailored to specific group needs.
  • Post meeting room charges in Lightspeed system.
  • Prepare group invoices and master billing; process payments and send invoices to clients.
  • Create and deliver proposals and contracts within a 24-hour turnaround time.
  • Input actualized numbers and revenue into Delphi system for group sales tracking.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager and/or Director of Sales.

  • Proven track record in sales
  • Hospitality or Marriott experience is a plus
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • Organized, results-driven, and great with time management
  • Clear communicator with a positive vibe
