Service and Administrative Coordinator
Bellville, Ontario
Full-time and permanent position working fully on-site.
Business hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Job responsibilities:
Participates in the daily branch administration:
- Answer phone lines and transfer calls.
- Order office, breakroom, and bathroom supplies.
- Order business cards and sales support items as requested.
- Order Uniforms for technicians.
- Work order management, Open and close work orders, Send PO's.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and contracts
- Complete Service and repairs quotes.
- Complete purchase orders and prepare them for the technicians.
- Back up for Payroll
- Back up for Dispatch
- Additional tasks as required.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Diploma in business administration or similar
- Dispatch experience is an asset
- Experience working in the mechanical / construction industry is an asset
