How You’ll Be Contributing:
- Manage trade shows and consumer events from start to finish — including sourcing, booking, timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination;
- Oversee event budgets and ensure all costs are accurately tracked;
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to assist with new product launches, including development of all communication and promotional materials such as in-store POP, brochures, coupons, etc.
- Track and manage coupon redemption rates
- Manage status of projects through continuous communication and follow-up with printers and other vendors;
- Coordinate product and marketing related requests to support Sales team;
- Help manage B2B content and updates
We'd Love to Hear from You if You Have:
- B.Comm/B.A. in Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or 2-5 years relevant marketing and event experience, ideally within consumer goods or retail.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid command of Microsoft Office Suite; Knowledge of SalesForce an asset.
- A collaborative mindset and able to integrate with a diverse team full of opinions and ideas.
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (French is an asset).
- Ability to work with external and internal partners.
- A genuine love for pets and a desire to contribute to their well being through innovative products.
- Ability to travel occasionally for work, and openness to work off hours for events.
