Dead by Daylight is looking for an Engagement Product Director to lead a renewed strategic vision for player retention and live engagement systems. This is a pivotal leadership role on one of the top 20 live service games globally, with a deeply dedicated fanbase and a unique asymmetrical multiplayer experience. Your expertise will shape the way millions of players connect with DbD, and you'll have the mandate to bring a new level of clarity and innovation to our engagement strategy.

In this role you will :
- Own the live player engagement roadmap: Drive the prioritization of engagement features across seasons, events, and content drops.
- Define the “why” behind the features: Be the strategic voice behind what will bring lapsed players back, deepen loyalty, and increase session frequency.
- Collaborate across creative and production: Your ability to influence design and creative direction will be crucial.
- Lead and grow a team: Manage a small team of Live Ops specialists and build a high-performing engagement function.
- Track KPIs & P&L: Partner with Data Insight and Marketing to forecast, measure, and optimize player engagement.
- Voice of the player: Leverage data, research, and intuition to ensure our roadmap is always tuned to what the audience needs next.
- 6+ years in Product Management, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success on the player engagement of a PC/Console live game.
- Demonstrated experience with engagement systems: Battle Passes, seasonal events, progression loops, retention mechanics, etc.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in owning and driving a live content roadmap and influencing cross-discipline creative teams.
- Deep understanding of live game KPIs, forecasting, and performance metrics.
