The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Production Mixing Room Operator to manage the preparation and delivery of chemical compounds for a highly automated nitrile glove dipping line. This role is essential to ensuring consistent product quality and uninterrupted production. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in chemical mixing, process control, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What you will do

  • Prepare and mix chemical batches according to standardized formulations and production schedules.
  • Operate and monitor automated mixing systems, pumps, tanks, and transfer lines.
  • Ensure accurate weighing, measuring, and documentation of raw materials and finished batches.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and troubleshoot issues with mixing systems, sensors, and control panels.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, including handling of hazardous materials and use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure timely delivery of compounds to the dipping line.
  • Conduct in-process quality checks and adjust formulations or parameters as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mixing room and chemical storage areas.
  • Record batch data, deviations, and corrective actions in production logs or digital systems.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in root cause analysis for process deviations.

What you will bring

  • Fluent in English (oral and written) is required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in chemical mixing or batch processing in a nitrile glove manufacturing environment or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in nitrile glove production, polymer mixing, or coating formulations
  • Able to work in shift.
  • Familiarity with automated mixing systems, chemical dosing equipment, and process instrumentation.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and control systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret SOPs, MSDS, and technical documentation.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and system monitoring.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
