Job Summary:


As the Hospitality Manager, you will:


  • Oversee daily operations across our unique properties to deliver exemplary customer service
  • Provide sales training and wine education to team members to achieve set sales targets and goals for the company
  • Coach, train and promote the benefits of our JPC Fan Club to the team to meet monthly and yearly growth targets
  • Monitor and control wine inventory and merchandise to ensure the correct inventory and supplies are in place
  • Maintain accurate product and pricing information in the POS system
  • Implement new and upgraded experiences across the properties based on the vision of senior leadership
  • Foster a culture of positive, solutions-oriented mindset across the properties through hiring & coaching of A+ team members.
  • Embrace a story teller mindset to share with the team and embody the brand identity at each of the locations.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:


  • Make sure everyone on the planet loves Jason Parkes Customs and our brands
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge about the wines, and the vineyards they come from.
  • Responsible for driving sales through increasing average order value, improving conversions
  • Grow and retain JPC Fan Club membership through existing programs, incentives and member perks
  • Provide sales training & wine/beer/cider education to the onsite teams to improve onsite results
  • Lead inventory, organization, and cleanliness on the tasting room floors and behind the tasting bar at all times
  • Manage merchandising and displays across the properties to ensure maximum exposure and sales
  • Ensure all opening and closing duties are being met on a regular and ongoing basis.
  • Enforce regulations and policies as necessary in accordance with LDB/Serving it Right/Winery Terms & Conditions


Necessary Requirements:

  • The willingness to be pro-active and wear many hats within the company, as well as a willingness to participate in promotional marketing content on social media and other platforms if requested.
  • Must possess current Serving It Right certification
  • Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position including but not limited to:
  • Repetitive lifting of 30-50 lbs
  • Being able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Navigating stairs
  • Open and flexible schedule for the duration of employment. Our operations are 7 days per week and successful candidates must be available to work all shifts/days including holidays and all ‘Blackout Days’


Additional Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, with track record of achieving financial targets
  • Strong leadership and people skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Serving it Right certification.
