During your internship, you will contribute to:

  • Manage the complete employee life cycle, from hiring to termination Support managers in applying HR policies and making informed decisions
  • Support the implementation of initiatives to improve employee retention and engagement
  • Prepare different analysis and presentations (employee recognition, key HR performance indicators, recruitment, compensation, HR activities, etc.) Continuous improvement of HR processes


During your internship, you will learn:

  • Different aspects of the HR Business partner role such as Compensation, Talent acquisition, Onboarding and integration, Leadership development, International mobility, Talent management, Engagement and retention, Performance management, Disciplinary management
  • How to adapt HR practices to organizational realities and team needs
  • How to use digital HR tools (HRIS, engagement platforms, etc.)


How to thrive in this role?

  • You are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations or business administration
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with strong abilities in Excel
  • You have good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • You are well organized, energetic, rigorous, and motivated
  • You speak and write in French and English

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
