- Manage the complete employee life cycle, from hiring to termination Support managers in applying HR policies and making informed decisions
- Support the implementation of initiatives to improve employee retention and engagement
- Prepare different analysis and presentations (employee recognition, key HR performance indicators, recruitment, compensation, HR activities, etc.) Continuous improvement of HR processes
- Different aspects of the HR Business partner role such as Compensation, Talent acquisition, Onboarding and integration, Leadership development, International mobility, Talent management, Engagement and retention, Performance management, Disciplinary management
- How to adapt HR practices to organizational realities and team needs
- How to use digital HR tools (HRIS, engagement platforms, etc.)
- You are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations or business administration
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with strong abilities in Excel
- You have good communication skills, both verbal and written
- You are well organized, energetic, rigorous, and motivated
- You speak and write in French and English
- Location: Administrative Centre (CA)
- Duration: 4 months
