Role Overview:
The Product and Pricing Coordinator enhances customer and co-worker experiences by handling key administrative tasks related to product setup, pricing updates, and data maintenance. This role is essential to ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and consistency across our internal systems. Ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn, the coordinator plays a foundational role in supporting the company’s digital and pricing transformation.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Product Data Entry & Maintenance
- Enter and update product information in the ERP system, including descriptions, supplier codes, categories, and attributes.
- Assist with new product onboarding, including SKU creation and verifying product data accuracy.
- Maintain and organize digital files and documentation related to supplier products, pricing, and approvals.
- Support image uploads, spec sheet attachments, and other digital catalog needs for e-commerce readiness.
Pricing Administration
- Perform regular updates to price lists based on cost changes or manager/analyst direction.
- Ensure pricing records are current, complete, and consistent across systems.
- Help monitor incoming pricing files from suppliers and assist with formatting or uploading them into internal systems.
Team Support & Communication
- Coordinate with internal teams (Purchasing, Sales, E-commerce) to resolve basic product or pricing discrepancies.
- Help track project tasks and deadlines using shared tools (e.g., Excel trackers, SharePoint, Asana).
- Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and documentation for meetings or audits.

Knowledge/Skill/Ability Requirements:
- Ability to consistently model Next’s core values and character expectations listed above
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Products (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Comfortable working in databases or ERP systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving & prioritization skills
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
Experience & Education:
- College diploma or post-secondary certificate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a support, data entry, or administrative role; experience in distribution or B2B environment is a plus.

Physical Demands/ Working Conditions
