The Ad Operations buyer executes strategic plans that are planned by the Media Planner/Sales team. This role focuses on setting up campaigns on Meta, Pinterest, DV360 and Google, closely monitoring performance and making optimizations and delivering post-campaign insights.

- The Ad Operations team (social, programmatic and search) are responsible for executing and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
- They work with various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest.) to secure advertising placements and ensure campaigns achieve desired results.
- They analyze campaign performance data, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Relevant experience in media planning or buying, such as internships or entry-level positions, is highly valued.
- A strong understanding of traditional and digital advertising trends is essential.
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools is crucial for evaluating campaign performance and making informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong analytical skills are necessary to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with media planning software, ad tech platforms, and analytics tools is a must.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions and client needs is important.
- Ad Operations stakeholders must manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and adhere to tight deadlines
