Who We're Looking For
Rogers is seeking a Project Finance Lead to join the Corporate Applications Portfolio & Program Management Team. You'll be leading the Finance Office and enable decision making at the senior level by providing insights into current financial performance and provide recommendations on continuous improvement that will have impacts across other offices within the team. You will also act as counsel for other PMs in the management of their individual project finances and keep your Project Management skills sharp by managing a small to intermediate projects as required.
The Corporate Applications Portfolio & Program Management Team supports the business operations and strategic priorities of a host of Rogers internal corporate entities like Human Resources (including Talent, Learning, and Sales Compensation), Finance, Supply Chain & Procurement, Fraud Prevention, Legal, and Physical Security.

What You'll Do
- Manage consolidated financials across the Corporate Applications IT portfolio, including forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to ensure budget alignment and strategic decision-making.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports for senior leadership.
- Maintain centralized tracking of Purchase Orders and oversee month-end financial reconciliation.
- Support Project and Program Managers with financial oversight of individual initiatives.
- Monitor project and portfolio changes that may impact financial performance.
- Stay current with Rogers’ capital management policies and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with Delivery teams to track resource allocation and identify gaps using Oracle Time and Labour Codes.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate financial insights across teams.
- Provide financial assurance for contract requests and manage small to mid-sized projects as needed.
- Degree or diploma in Finance, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast, correlate data, and create financial reports.
- Proven experience managing small to medium-sized projects.
- Preferred PMP certification, Oracle EPM experience, and Power BI proficiency.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to translate data into actionable insights.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and presentation skills.
- Critical thinking skills to support sound business decisions.
