Project Manager – Industrial & Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Industrial and Commercial construction. The ideal candidate will bring over 5+ years of construction experience, including a proven track record managing both ground-up builds and renovation projects across the GTA. This individual will play a key leadership role in overseeing all phases of construction, from planning through to successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project execution from pre-construction to closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Lead project meetings, track progress, and mitigate risks or delays proactively.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Support and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and solutions-driven environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of total experience in the construction industry.
• 5+ years of experience managing ground-up Industrial/Commercial new builds, including precast and steel structures.
• Experience overseeing renovations and fit-ups, including stand-alone retail, multi-retail, and commercial tenant improvement projects ranging from a few hundred thousand to several million dollars.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
