Retail Attendant – Resort Store at CEM Resorts

As a Retail Associate, you’ll be the face of our resort store — helping guests find the perfect souvenir, managing daily sales, and maintaining a welcoming, well-organized environment. You’ll play an important role in creating positive experiences that reflect the spirit of our resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner

  • Handle sales transactions accurately using POS systems

  • Maintain stock levels, displays, and overall store presentation

  • Process payments, returns, and exchanges

  • Keep track of inventory and communicate restocking needs

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the retail area

  • Provide product information and make recommendations to guests

  • Collaborate with other resort departments to enhance the guest experience

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic math and cash-handling abilities

  • Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium loads

  • Flexible availability — including weekends, evenings, and holidays
