The Senior Administrative Assistant of Patrol will assist in all aspects of Patrol and Mountain safety administration at Whistler Blackcomb. This position is tasked with performing at a high level, capable of prioritizing and strategizing all facets of the job with the core competencies and values of the Company. The job requires strong leadership qualities, the ability to problem-solve and think creatively. The Senior Administrative Assistant will have developed knowledge and skills through formal training and considerable work experience.

Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $20.80/hr - $26.65/hr
- Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
- Shift Type: Full Time hours available
- Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
- Housing Availability: No
- Deliver an "Experience of a Lifetime" to our guests and employees. Promotes a guest service and Safety culture within the department.
- Has a good understanding of Whistler Blackcomb and Vail procedures
- Leads the administrative function of Patrol and Mountain Safety
- Provide administrative support for Patrol: Sr. Manager, Managers, Assistant Managers, Supervisors, Team Leads, Sr. Specialists, and Principle patrollers.
- Management of Volunteer: Physician program, Mountain safety and Patrol Pass and dependent pass administration
- Payroll Administration, scheduling and resource management
- Strategic planning and administration of procurement, inventory control, and asset audits
- Submit and monitor Work Orders
- Prepare reports and conduct quality control audits
- Assists with employee communication and Human Relations functions
- Functions appropriately in the absence of the Emergency Dispatcher
- Identify challenges and solve a multitude of issues with accuracy and haste
- Works closely with other on-mountain departments, managers, and third party agencies.

- Min 3 years' experience working in administrative leadership roles.
- Ski Resort Administration and leadership experience
- Strong ability to remain calm and make sound decisions while under pressure and in emergency situations.
- Must be able to handle conflict with diplomacy and tact.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and oral.
- Unrestricted BC Driver's License and Drivers Abstract mandatory.
- Proof of clear criminal record check
