About The Role
You will be a key technical contributor who owns production quality from schematic through issued-for-construction. The ideal candidate brings strong Revit proficiency and the ability to assemble coordinated, permit-ready and construction-ready drawing sets. Experience on public projects such as institutional, civic, healthcare, or commercial is ideal. Strong candidates from concrete residential including high-rise and mixed-use will also be considered.

About The Role

Experience on public projects such as institutional, civic, healthcare, or commercial is ideal. Strong candidates from concrete residential including high-rise and mixed-use will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce, coordinate, and maintain complete drawing sets through all phases including permit and IFC
- Model and document in Revit with exemplary project organization, families, and sheet standards
- Develop building envelope and construction details with attention to constructability and durability
- Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to align structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes
- Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and support site reviews and contract administration
- Apply BCBC and local bylaws to ensure compliance and quality assurance
- Contribute to standards, templates, and BIM best practices to elevate team output Mentor junior staff with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach
- Diploma or degree in architectural technology or architecture
- 5 to 12 years of relevant experience for intermediate or senior technologist levels
- Solid Revit user with a track record of leading production on multi-disciplinary projects
- Demonstrated ability to assemble full construction drawing sets with minimal oversight
- Public project experience preferred including education, healthcare, civic, or commercial / concrete high rise or mixed use acceptable
- Working knowledge of BCBC, local permitting processes, and construction administration
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe is an asset
- Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
