As part of our supply chain and operations team, you’ll work with our clients to transform their supply chain and operations by leveraging SAP applications to optimise their flow of goods, information, and money quickly and securely.

PwC BC Region Pay Range Information
The salary range* for this position is 144,700.00 - 193,000.00 - 241,200.00$ CAD Annual, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual bonus payment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location.

As a Transportation Management, Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP TM solutions, including Freight Unit Management, Freight Order Management, Transportation Planning, Optimization, Tendering, Cost Calculation, and Settlement processes.
- Govern and support the deployment of SAP TM within global templates, ensuring adherence to best practices, data integrity, and integration with modules such as Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Procure to Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC), and external systems or third-party logistics providers.
- Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realises they are required. Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.
- Partner with senior leadership to define transportation strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop and execute the SAP TM roadmap aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Lead the RFI and RFP processes for the SAP Transportation Management related opportunities.
- Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart. Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements.
- Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust. Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in consulting, designing, implementing and leading SAP Supply Chain consulting engagements, including the following areas:
- 10+ years of ERP experience including 5+ years of consulting experience. At least 6 years focused on SAP Transportation Management (TM);
- Leading SAP Supply Chain implementations from planning through go-live;
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA TM configurations, deployments, and integrations, including hands-on experience with Freight Units, Orders, Planning Cockpit, Optimization (VSR and Load Optimizers), Global Track and Trace, and interfaces with EWM, GTS, and external TMS;
- Experience in consulting environments, client account management, or large-scale transformations (e.g., replacing legacy systems with SAP S/4HANA);
- Partner with external vendors and internal teams to handle integrations, interfaces, and optimizations, such as vehicle scheduling, load planning, and international trade compliance;
- Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success with identifying and addressing client needs, actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services;
- Managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues;
- Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues;
- Driving work to establish business requirements are met;
- Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a project leader including monitoring project issues and escalations; and,
- Certifications in SAP TM, Supply Chain Management, or related areas are a plus.
- When applying to a Quebec based opportunity, fluency in French is required. Outside of Quebec, fluency in French is an asset.
