What you will do…
As the Membership Experience Representative, you will be providing exceptional customer service to all members of the community and to the team. This will include providing information to customers on memberships and programs that we offer and providing tours of our facility. You will be responsible for selling memberships and day passes and registering members for programs
You will monitor the participants in the facility as well as be the point person for any emergency situations that may arise. You will proactively assist members and participants with needs, inquiries or concerns. The position will also require excellent knowledge of the services we provide. You will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with families and peers as you assist in creating a safe and welcoming facility for all
What you will bring…
You will be a confident, social person with great relationship building and leadership skills. You will have a high school diploma, and ideally, you will bring one year of customer service experience. You will be certified in Standard First Aid/CPR-C and AED
You are computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. You are committed to working in a socially inclusive environment responding with sensitivity and personal awareness to diverse needs
