About The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Media Buyer who’s eager to learn, curious about digital advertising, and ready to jump into a fast-moving marketing environment.
You might be a recent graduate in marketing, business, or communications—or someone who’s had a bit of hands-on experience running ads or analyzing campaigns. Most importantly, you have a strong interest in media buying and want to build your career in digital marketing.
In this role, you’ll support our Media Buying team in planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and other digital channels. You’ll get real-world experience, ongoing mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into a more senior role as you develop your skills.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with planning and managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance and help analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support day-to-day campaign optimization and budget management.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to help ensure ads align with overall marketing goals.
- Learn to build reports that summarize performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay curious - keep up with new advertising trends, tools, and techniques.
- Some background in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (degree, diploma, or relevant experience).
- Interest in digital advertising and a desire to build a career in media buying.
- Comfortable working with data, numbers, and campaign metrics (we’ll teach you what matters most).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or analytics tools is a bonus—but not required.
