We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our go-to-market strategy within the public safety and government sectors. In this role, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise-level deals, playing a key role in strategic growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy for government and law enforcement clients across municipal, state/provincial, and federal levels.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, qualification, product demos, RFP/RFQ submissions, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Capture, Marketing, Product, Security, Legal, and Delivery to support and accelerate sales efforts.
- Clearly communicate the value of our solutions, including offline-enabled eNotes, Braidmark fraud prevention technology, and automation tools that streamline administrative tasks.
- Take full ownership of sales targets, maintain accurate forecasting, and manage opportunities in the CRM system.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and tradeshows within the public safety and government sectors.
- Minimum 3 years of B2G or B2B sales experience, preferably selling SaaS or technology solutions to public sector clients such as law enforcement, justice, insurance, or government agencies.
- Proven success closing large-scale contracts ranging from $100K to $1M+.
- Strong knowledge of government procurement processes, including RFPs and RFQs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders from front-line officers to CIOs.
- Comfortable conducting cross-border sales within North America and Europe.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
