POSITION: Seasonal Beauty Sales Associate

Brand

• Be a Laline Brand Ambassador by always representing the brand professionally within and outside the company.
• Support the culture and values of the organization in all aspects of your business.
• Support and execute visual merchandising guidelines throughout your store.
• Build brand loyalty through the membership program and drive future business.
• Identify opportunities for marketing initiatives to drive new and repeat clients and community engagement at the store level.

Operations

• Ensuring you meet service, brand and product standards every day.
• Following standard operational policies and procedures including health & safety, store maintenance, cleaning & replenishment, inventory management and cash systems as required.
• Identifying and notifying your manager of any operational gaps that need addressed.

Customer Experience

• Connect: genuinely connect with customers to welcome them to the brand.
• Consult: ask questions to determine the customers' needs and preferences.
• Choice: present products, demonstrate formats, textures and fragrances, and share information that meets the needs of the customer.
• Close: introduce any special promotions and close the sale when the customer is ready.

• Demonstrated understanding of service excellence in a consumer environment.
• Success in hitting sales targets.
• Ability to learn new skills and product knowledge.
• Open to receiving feedback for improvement in order to develop and grow.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bonus: experience in beauty retail.
