Who are we looking for?
As a Beauty Advisor, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales to meet and exceed targets. Reporting into the Store Manager, you are enthusiastic about professionally demonstrating beauty care products, suggesting routines that meet customers' needs and sharing your knowledge and expertise about Laline products; ingredients, skincare benefits, application methods and price.
Job Responsibilities
Sales Results
- meeting daily, weekly, monthly sales results and supporting in the creation of plans to achieve targets.
People
- supporting the successful integration and onboarding of new talent to your store.
- demonstrating behaviours that encourage a positive and engaging work environment.
- Being responsible for your ongoing development to meet identified goals.
- Collaborating with your co-workers to ensure mutual success and an inclusive environment for all
Customer Experience
- Connect: genuinely connecting with customers to welcome them to the brand
- Consult: asking questions to determine the customers' needs and preferences
- Choice: presenting products, demonstrating their unique formats, textures and fragrances, and sharing information that meets the needs of the customer
- Close: introducing any special promotions and closing the sale when the customer is ready
Brand
- Be a Laline Brand Ambassador by always representing the brand professionally within and outside the company.
- supporting the culture and values of the organization in all aspects of your business
- supporting and executing visual merchandising guidelines throughout your store.
- building brand loyalty through the membership program and driving future business
- identifying opportunities for marketing initiatives to drive new & repeat clients and community engagement at the store level.
Operations
- You support a smooth-running store by meeting service, brand and product standards every day
- ensuring you follow standard operational policies and procedures including health & safety, store maintenance, cleaning & replenishment, inventory management and cash systems as required.
- identifying and notifying your manager of any operational gaps that need addressed.
What you\'ll bring to the team
- Demonstrated understanding of service excellence in a consumer environment.
- Success in hitting sales targets.
- Ability to learn new skills and product knowledge.
- Open to receiving feedback for improvement in order to develop and grow
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bonus: you have worked in beauty retail.
