Service Clerk

Location: Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service by providing carry outs to customers and answering their questions.
• Pushing carts from the parking lot into the store.
• Performing significant levels of physical activity, including tasks such as carrying, lifting, walking, pushing, and pulling.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of carts and cart corrals and supporting general housekeeping.
• Open and close procedures such as sweeping and putting down mats.
• Upholding company policies and work standards.
• Completing any additional duties delegated by the department manager.

Requirements

• Ability to work in all weather conditions, including very cold temperatures.
• Demonstrates the capacity to participate in extensive physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds and maintaining continuous movement throughout shifts.
• Exhibit strong teamwork skills and possess a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to function autonomously in a dynamic work environment.
• Showcase resourcefulness and professionalism in handling customer inquiries.
• Comprehend and adhere to the store's regulations and protocols.
• Maintain flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Store Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 9pm; Saturday and Sunday 8am - 7pm
