We are seeking customer-focused Delivery Drivers to join the team at our NEW location in Moncton, NB.

What You Will Do:

  • Deliver FGI products to customers on designated routes while building strong relationships with customers
  • Load materials into the vehicle and install straps, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit
  • Check all load–related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate
  • Report any missing or damaged product to management and follow up
  • Pick up cores and any return merchandise and tag at the branch for vendor return
  • Uphold and embody FGI Customer Service Standards and Core Values with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Champion FGI's safety culture by performing all duties within established procedures and practices
  • Other duties as assigned

What We Require

  • Valid class 5/G drivers’ license
  • 5 years of Canadian driving experience with no major driving infractions, combined with strong knowledge of Moncton and the surrounding areas — you know the traffic patterns, not just the roads
  • Demonstrated direct customer service experience while working in a similar role/position is preferrred
  • Able to meet the physical requirements: Occasionally lift up to 75 – 100lbs, sit for long periods of time
  • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills - Dedicated to exceeding the expectations of internal and external customers
  • Strong communication skills – Confident in delivering clear and detailed information to customers and team members
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and technology – Able to learn in-house systems
  • Heavy duty parts supply background and/or knowledge is an asset
