Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach

Anytime Fitness Queensborough is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to help members improve their health and fitness. Experience and Qualifications

• Valid Canadian Personal Training certification (e.g., BCRPA, ISSA, ACE, NASM, CanFitPro, CSCS, etc).
• Active CPR/First Aid Certification is essential.
• Eligibility to work and reside in Canada is a must.
• Ability to design and implement safe and effective exercise for a diverse range of clients.
• Knowledge and capability to design fitness programs, provide instruction, and foster behavior change, including Fitness Consultations, One-on-One Training, Small Group Training, online coaching, and other programming opportunities as determined by the club.
• Minimum of 1 year of personal training experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Fostering connections through guidance, education, and building rapport with all members.
• Exhibiting exceptional customer service skills and delivering a personalized experience to every individual.
• Maintaining the club, including equipment and floor cleanliness; actively engaging in sales and marketing for various programs; proactively reaching out to inactive members to support retention.
• Providing fitness consultations as an inclusive benefit for every member.
• Leading 60-minute one-on-one or Small Group Training sessions with fitness members.

Compensation

• Base Rate: $17.85-$40.00 per hour
• Floor Hours: $17.40 per hour
• Bi-monthly payday via direct deposit
• Semi-annual increase
