As part of this experienced group of practitioners, the successful candidate will assist this exceptional team in providing legal and strategic expertise on domestic and multi-jurisdictional M&A and private equity transactions to sophisticated clientele.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will:

• Be a member in good standing of the Bar of British Columbia.
• Have 2 to 4 years of corporate law experience focusing on Private Equity and M&A.
• Have strong knowledge and interest in business and commercial transactions;
• Corporate Governance Experience is an asset.
• Have exceptional client service skills.
• Have excellent communication and drafting skills; and
• Have top academic credentials.
