Note: This is a full-time position (35 hours/week) at the Atlantic Hope Women's Centre in St. John's, NL. Directly reporting to the Centre Director; pay rate as agreed, based on experience, expertise, and applicable education.
Job Position Description
The primary responsibility of the Spiritual Formation Coach is to give clients a Biblical foundation to foster an enriching spiritual life. The incumbent is responsible for the supervision of the Spiritual Formation of the clients in the Teen Challenge drug and alcohol rehabilitation program. Responsibilities include performing diversified duties such as: providing scriptural training to Clients, delivering the Teen Challenge curriculum, coordinating guest speakers, teaching classes, scheduling chapel, and mentoring clients on their journey of faith.
