Elementary School Secretary Assistant

Location: Timmins Centennial Public School

Vacancy Details: 0.8 (part-time, 28 hours/week)

Qualifications

  • Post Secondary Diploma in Office Administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Aspen and Sparkrock is considered an asset
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to school secretary with essential job requirements
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by school administration

Salary as per the current COPE collective agreement
