What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the customer acquisition funnel from paid channels to onboarding flows, with a focus on driving consistent growth through testing and iteration
  • Oversee Venn’s website, content strategy, customer emails, and onboarding flows to improve acquisition and activation
  • Define and refine how Venn’s products are positioned in the market with messaging that speaks to our ideal customer profiles
  • Create a consistent stream of content including blogs, landing pages, case studies, and email campaigns that drive traffic and signups
  • Collaborate with product and sales to align campaigns, share feedback, and support go-to-market efforts
  • Continuously test and evolve our website to improve messaging, SEO, and conversion performance
  • Explore and launch new channels and tactics to expand reach and drive awareness
  • Track growth metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategy based on data and insights

What we’re looking for:

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally at a startup
  • Deep experience running paid acquisition campaigns with a strong analytical foundation
  • Strong track record of scaling paid media budgets across diverse channels including search, social, TV, audio, OOH, and affiliate
  • Strong grasp of website optimization, SEO, and conversion rate improvement
  • Experience collaborating with product, design, and sales to align efforts and share insights
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Passion for innovation, test-and-learn culture, and holding self and others accountable to results
  • Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment and wearing multiple hats
