The Learning Quality Analyst is responsible for performing functional and system integration Quality Assurance (QA) tests of Digital Learning assets. This role ensures testing activities are delivered in line with established guidelines and standards by Learning COEs and Learning Operations.


Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge
  • Work with Learning Content Development Team to perform quality assurance checks of Digital Learning assets according to established guidelines, policies and standards
  • Collaborate in the creation of test plans and provide testing insights for ongoing projects and future initiatives
  • Deliver effective and efficient quality assurance checks by meeting key project milestones while adhering to quality standards
  • Testing of Digital Learning Assets to meet the Bank’s Accessibility requirements
  • Troubleshoot and document issues during testing
  • Produce current and relevant internal documentation for Learning QA as required
  • Work with Learning Content Development Team and LMS Specialists to resolve any technical issues with the web-based training course or its performance within the LMS
  • Monitor activity, progress, and time related to learning quality assurance checks using a project planning tood socialize the QA checklist with the Design/Development team, as required.
  • Understands how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions
  • Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct
  • Champion a high performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment


Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? - We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • Experience using screen reader (JAWS) is an asset
  • Experience testing accessibility of web applications
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize effectively.
  • High aptitude for managing and solving tactical issues.
  • Willingness and ability to accommodate different time zones.
  • Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within the organization, internally and externally.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
