BA Blacktop Ltd. is seeking a Project Administrator to play a key role in supporting Project Coordinators through the management of administrative tasks, reporting, and data handling. This role ensures accurate and timely project documentation, contributing to smooth and efficient operations.

Essential Qualifications
Job Type: Full-time, 12-month fixed term contract with possibilities for extension
Location: site office at Bradner Rest Area, Abbotsford.
Pay: From $55,000.00 to $67,500.00
Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- Enter project data into company systems accurately and on time.
- Collect and compile information from Project Coordinators to prepare daily project reports for submission to Ministry, including cost details.
- Assist with budget entry and tracking.
- Support Project Coordinators with other day-to-day tasks, including: tracking delivery tickets, inputting quantities into Excel sheet, and assisting with system integrations
- Prepare and format reports, meeting minutes, and other project documentation.
- Gather information from site teams for progress and cost reporting.
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support the project team.
Essential Qualifications
- Extensive administrative experience (5+ years preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple team members
- Strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in the construction industry
- Post-Secondary Education/College Diploma preferred
