Job Description

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead or conduct exercises to gather and analyze detailed business and system requirements.
  • Develop detailed application specifications and validate technical and functional documentation.
  • Lead or participate in feasibility studies to evaluate proposed system solutions.
  • Configure, build, and maintain enterprise applications using available development and configuration tools.
  • Conduct application analysis, including (as required) performance assessment, capacity planning, system interfaces, data conversion routines, acceptance criteria, gap analysis, risk identification, and opportunity evaluation.
  • Document changes in user processes and assist with process redesign to align with system capabilities.
  • Develop recommendations related to new applications, configurations, and process improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and system standards.
  • Prepare detailed work plans for application releases and implementation schedules.
  • Liaise with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to organizational standards and policies.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and validation scripts.
  • Prepare training materials and deliver user education sessions as needed.
  • Provide ongoing system support, including issue tracking, troubleshooting, and resolution.

Qualifications And Experience Required

  • Proven experience in configuring, maintaining, and supporting enterprise business applications in a large or complex environment.
  • Experience implementing or upgrading systems in a multi-department or enterprise setting.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including understanding of data structures, integrations, and system architecture.
  • Experience with workflow analysis, process optimization, and documentation of system or business changes.
  • Previous involvement across the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
  • Experience developing user training materials and delivering knowledge-transfer sessions.
  • Background in information systems, business analysis, or a related field is preferred.
