Overall Objective and Purpose Plans and coordinates all aspects of assigned projects from initiation through delivery to successful transition to services. Projects often involve software development, implementation and upgrades, systems hardware/networks, training, operations, delivery of POA devices and set up of local operations . Coordinates work performed by internal and external teams, customers/partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Develops detailed project plans and schedules, and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring, risks, change control, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints. Projects may vary in number, size and complexity Responsibilities

- Manages scope, schedule, budget and quality of assigned projects or project activities per project metrics.
- Manages project processes and KPIs following IDM & SDLC Processes
- Manages internal and external project stakeholders including teams, internal stakeholders, customers, partners, vendors. Provides leadership, coordination, facilitation and motivates teams to execute projects successfully.
- Analyzes, reviews and reports project progress including the status of deliverables, resource allocations, financial forecasts.
- Applies strict change and issue/risk management processes and communicates them to project stakeholders including recovery and risk mitigation plans
- Coordinates internal and external dependencies, provides problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Improves project activities and process and innovates to provide project efficiencies.

- Helps mentor junior members of Project Management Community

- Proven experience in IT project management, successfully delivering large and complex projects or portfolios.
- Strong customer-facing skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Commercially aware with a deep understanding of business change.
- Skilled in managing cross-functional, virtual, and offshore teams.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Works independently with broad discretion in setting objectives.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (Prince2, PMP) and development approaches (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative, Hybrid).
- Experienced in process improvement for project management.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project and MS Office.
Education & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years in project or technology management.
- Industry certifications preferred (PMI CAPM/PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner).
- Ability to manage multiple projects in deadline-driven environments.
- Strong leadership in decision-making, conflict resolution, and team development.
- Skilled in process change, user requirements definition, and data modeling.
- Experience developing project management methodologies and tools.
- Applies broad expertise to support company goals creatively and effectively.
- Handles complex issues requiring evaluation of intangible factors.
