Reports to: Senior Human Resources Business Partner
Description
Supporting HR Business Partners located at various offices.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of administrative systems to support HR functions (monthly reports, employee files) as well as provide support in SuccessFactors.
- Assist with Benefits administration and communication.
- Liaise with internal partners (Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Pensions).
- Assist in the recruitment & selection process.
- Assist HR Business Partners with WCB and Disability Claims Management.
- Coordination and maintenance of internal programs (Attendance Awareness, Referral Reward).
- Assist with special projects/initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Exemplifies and consistently demonstrates our core competencies of communication, innovation, change management, relationship
- Post-secondary HR related Degree/Diploma/Certificate or equivalent HR related experience.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work both independently and within a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation - ability to effectively communicate HR initiatives, functions, policies, and procedures.
- Strong Computer skills - MS Office, experience with SAP is a definite asset.
- Previous experience working in a unionized environment is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
