The Team:
The Operations Team is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and handling of materials that keep production and distribution running smoothly. We ensure the right materials are in the right place at the right time to support customer orders. By working closely with warehouse staff, Sales team, Customer Service, and production teams, we maintain accurate inventory and help meet our customer demands. Our focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency allows us to play a key role in supporting the supply chain and meeting customer expectations.

The Opportunity:
Within the Warehouse Operations team, the Forklift Operator role is based in Mississauga, Ontario Canada (TDC) and reports directly to the Sr. Warehouse Manager. This position is responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, stack, load, and unload materials. Day-to-day, the Forklift Operator ensures timely supply of materials to production, accurate stock placement, and efficient shipping preparation. What Your Impact Will Be

  • Safely operate all existing and newly introduced material handling equipment.
  • Accurately pick and prepare orders as assigned to meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Load and unload all inbound and outbound shipments efficiently and safely.
  • Store, locate, and consolidate products within the warehouse according to established procedures.
  • Actively participate in and adhere to all Company safety programs and policies.
  • Conduct daily maintenance checks in accordance with the maintenance checklist requirements.
  • Collaborate on team task force projects and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma.
  • Valid forklift operator certification/license.
  • 3-5 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to Safety standards.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
