- Processes and roles and responsibilities of a Program Management team.
- Softwares and applications such as Power BI and Power Apps.
- Develop communication and simplification skills.
- Participate in continuous improvement sessions.
- Establish a professional development plan.
- Analyze budget envelopes of the Program teams.
- Plan follow-up meetings and present your analyzes.
- Plan and structure governance activities.
- Develop analysis tools for large volumes of data.
- Contribute to the budget definition process.
- Prepare project portfolio presentations for the management team.
- Identify the risks and opportunities on the budget envelopes.
- You are familiar with the basic principles of financial management, project management and or portfolio management.
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering.
- You have knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and PowerBI software suites (an asset).
- You have experience in database management or data processing.
- You are structured and autonomous in carrying out your tasks.
- You speak and write in French and English.
- Location: Administrative Centre (CA)
- Duration: 8 months
