The Role
We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to join our BC sales team. You will develop, maintain, and expand client relationships, while driving new business opportunities across DCM’s full suite of products and services. You’ll act as both a trusted advisor to help our clients achieve their goals through tailored, innovative solutions.
This is a hybrid role, working at least 3 days in our Burnaby office.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage an active sales pipeline, identify opportunities, and drive expansion through outreach, networking, and prospecting activities such as conducting cold calls, attending networking events, utilizing social media, organizing lunch and learns, etc.
- Strengthen current portfolio of client relationships by leading partnership reviews and delivering exceptional service and curated solutions to improve client businesses, as well as exploring new opportunities and solutions.
- Develop account plans, analyze markets and use CRM tools to track activity and progress.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and client documentation to support a seamless sales process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with knowledge of document management or print production an asset
- 2–5 years of consultative sales experience, with proven success in developing and maintaining new accounts
- Ability to conduct pre-sale research, solution design, and deliver persuasive presentations and close deals\
- Experience interacting effectively with senior leadership of organizations with confidence, professionalism, and credibility
- Team player who thrives in collaborative, results-driven environment
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
