Purpose:
This role will provide support to managers, office employees, and visitors by handling a variety of tasks to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.

Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.

Primary Functions:In general, but not limited to:
Providing a high level of customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues as required
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical office support activities for multiple staff.
Compose correspondence to company personnel and external agencies as required. (Workhub, memo’s)
Answer phone calls and refer calls to appropriate personnel or provide requested information
Perform Data entry
Data entry in Sage and Workhub which include payroll summary, vendor, employee info.
Booking and scheduling training
Assist with coveralls.
Assist in special projects when required.
Meeting Minutes
Other duties as assigned

Critical Skills & Qualifications:
Office Administration Diploma
Must be a multi-task and adapt to changing deadlines.
Minimum 3 years related experience.
Detail oriented and organized.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Solid understanding of MS Office
Sage knowledge an asset
Fieldglass experience an asset
Possession of a positive and professional attitude
Ability to work independently with little supervision
