The Front End Trainer plays a key role in store orientation and the implementation of core processes for the front end and cash office. This individual will provide support for new store openings across the region, training front end managers, supervisors, and cashiers. They will be actively involved before, during, and after store openings. Shifts will be flexible; depending on business needs, and the successful candidate will be adaptable to evolving priorities. They will achieve success by embodying our Loblaw Blue culture and Shared Values and Behaviors.

Qualifications & Experience:
- University or college degree in Business, or an equivalent in a related field of study.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in retail and front end operations.
- Proven ability to communicate ideas effectively and work cooperatively with Front End Specialists.
- Demonstrated ability to manage timelines effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- A positive and adaptable approach to a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving work environment.
- Demonstrated skills in building connections and influencing to achieve results.
- A dedicated team member with self-discipline and the initiative to work autonomously.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and strategic execution skills.
- Strong data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment skills.
- Intermediate or advanced technical proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with SWEDAMART knowledge and navigation is essential.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues (lanes, u-scans, and cash office).
- Commitment to showcasing the Loblaw CORE Values and Blue Culture through actions.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Canada to support the business, and flexible work hours including evenings and weekends.
