Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Client Tours: Provide exceptional hospitality by planning every detail of client and guest visits, including accommodations, transportation, scheduling, etc.
  • Leadership Support & Event Management: Manage multiple calendars, plan and execute internal and external events, and provide seamless administrative support to leadership.
  • Communication Management: As the initial point of contact, greet all visitors and guests with unparalleled hospitality. Manage incoming calls and emails, acting as a primary point of contact and ensuring clear, professional communication.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Falkbuilt’s culture and values with enthusiasm and professionalism when interacting with clients, visitors, and employees.
  • Administrative Duties: Support overall office operations, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed. Assist with creating name tags, welcome signage, and formatting client communications, all while adhering to brand guidelines.


Qualifications: 

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. A high level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity is essential.
  • Minimum 3 years in a Customer Service/Client Relations role
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding client service, balancing empathy with efficiency
  • Experience in hospitality and/or travel & tourism is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Valid Alberta driver’s license with a clean driving abstract; confidence to drive in all weather conditions
  • Ability to travel within and outside of Canada as needed
  • Fluency in additional languages other than English is considered an asset, but not mandatory 


**Working in the Travel and / or Hospitality industry is a major asset**

  • Strong time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities 
  • Effective communicator with confidence and professionalism when engaging with clients and guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and requests simultaneously 
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team; jump in and "can do" attitude
  • Flexible with hours of work - willingness to work extended hours on occasion 
  • Project a welcoming presence as the initial point of contact for Falkbuilt visitors
