This position is a full time/permanent position offering an annual salary of $70K-$80K with a comprehensive benefits package. They are conveniently located in Ottawa with free parking, but the successful candidate needs to have access to a reliable vehicle to travel within 200 km’s.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Recruit, coach, train and develop retail store managers and staff to optimize customer service levels and support a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail locations, offering coverage where needed
- Ensure that the store is merchandised with appropriate on-time inventory levels
- Collaborate on sales promotions to optimize store traffic
- Review and analyze sales performance reporting by store and make recommendations
The successful candidate will have the following:
- A minimum of three to five years of retail management experience, with preference given to those who have managed multiple locations
- Associated experience hiring, coaching and providing performance feedback
- Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service with associated sales growth
- Basic understanding of sales reporting, P & L documents
- Post secondary education would be considered an asset, as would bilingualism
