The Senior Product Manager is a strategic role at the heart of Axonify’s product offering. You will define and own product strategy for corporate / enterprise SaaS solutions, driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, adoption, and retention, while operating at the intersection of business outcomes, technology, and user experience.

The Impact You'll Have

• Drive primary market and customer research (qualitative + quantitative), define buyer personas, use cases, user workflows, and deeply understand the job your customer needs to do and the key unmet needs that unlock value.
• Translate research and insights into prioritized product roadmap, requirements, user stories, release plans, and success metrics (KPIs).
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design/UX, QA, marketing, sales, operations, and support teams to deliver high-impact features, coordinate product lifecycle changes, and orchestrate go-to-market launches.
• Oversee QA / validation of new features (user acceptance, performance, regression) and ensure quality releases.
• Enable internal teams (sales, marketing, enablement) with training, collateral, demos, and product messaging.
• Monitor product performance post-launch (usage metrics, adoption, retention, feedback), run experiments, iterate on features.
• Mentor junior product team members, lead product discovery workshops, and present to senior leadership/stakeholders to influence strategy.
  
  

The Things You Bring

• 10+ years of work experience with 6 years of product or development/development management or other technical execution experience is a must.
• Technical aptitude gained through post-secondary education, experience or a combination of both.
• Demonstrable experience taking new software products from concept to initial launch.
• Experience with modern go-to-market strategies (PLG, freemium) and lean marketing tactics preferred but not required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with diverse audiences.
• Strong critical thinking skills and a data-driven, hypothesis-led mindset.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and comfort working in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
• A natural curiosity and passion for technology, particularly the application of AI to solve business problems.
