On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for an Instructional Designer Contractor for a contract role. This position is a remote position, with a preference for Alberta-based candidates but open to anywhere in Canada.


Instructional Designer Contractor - Job Description:

The project involves addressing significant challenges faced by the Third Party Relationships team through the Contract Lifecycle Management Technology (CLMT) project, and decentralizing wire tracking capabilities through the Wires Modernization implementation. The Instructional Designer will design and implement learning solutions to support these initiatives.


Instructional Designer Contractor - Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify approaches for achieving capability changes
• Manage and coordinate learning programs through all phases
• Lead design of learning interventions and experiences across multiple projects
• Curate and develop content into meaningful learning experiences
• Work with Change Leaders to implement a learning portfolio
• Design, manage, and report on learning metrics
• Communicate with stakeholders for seamless implementation of programs
