Your Mission
We are seeking a self-motivated and highly detail-oriented SharePoint Developer to lead Reliable Controls’ transition to SharePoint Online, and design solutions that support collaboration, content management, governance, and business process automation. In this role, you will develop and maintain SharePoint environments, build custom applications and workflows, and ensure governance and compliance standards are embedded into every solution. You will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to deliver secure, efficient, and user-friendly solutions across the organization.

Your Mission

In This Role You Will
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for SharePoint and Power Platform offering technical guidance and addressing user queries to support solution adoption.
- Create Power Automate flows (Cloud flows) to automate and streamline business processes, including the migration of SharePoint Designer workflows.
- Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and permission structures.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, security, and storage capacity; implement improvements where required.
- Establish, document, and enforce governance policies for file storage, metadata, naming conventions, document retention, and access control.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, privacy regulations, and information management standards within the SharePoint environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical solutions communicating changes and timelines
- Provide custom solutions in the Office 365 environment leveraging SPFx, SharePoint API, Microsoft Graph API
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the Microsoft 365 environment
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure optimal use of Microsoft 365 systems
- Directly engage with department leaders to assist in the implementation of analytics solutions, ensuring successful user experience

- A minimum of 3 years of experience providing SharePoint solutions
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field is considered an asset
- Business analyst experience is considered an asset
- Familiarity with C#, .NET, REST APIs, JSON is considered an asset
- Any of the following certifications are considered an asset: PL-900, PL-200, AZ-900
- Experience with ISO 27001 is considered an asset
- Experience with SOC2 compliance is considered an asset
- Strong understanding of M365 technologies (Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform and SharePoint)
- Experience with, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery
- Can pass a background check
- Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Are a strong communicator who can build relationships with various teams and stakeholders
- Are heavily detail oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
- Have strong organizational and time management skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Are self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and proactively drive projects forward
