A “Day in the Life" of a Senior Product Designer:

  • Define product requirements and shape product vision through co-creation sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, delivering design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
  • Help the team maintain an up-to-date Figma-based design system and ensure designs meet WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate within Agile/SCRUM workflows to align design efforts with development processes.
  • Educate teams on UX design processes, emphasizing design thinking and best practices.
  • Convey design intent clearly to engineering teams for seamless implementation.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in digital product design, with expertise in responsive web, mobile interfaces, Android-based apps, and enterprise dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop clear information architectures, effective visual hierarchies, and user-centered dashboards.
  • Passionate about continuous learning and improving design methodologies.
