How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Lead daily operations and service delivery, ensuring contract compliance, effective budget management, and alignment with customer and internal KPIs.
  • Proactively monitor operational metrics, prepare and communicate KPI reports, and swiftly address challenges to maintain superior service standards, including turnaround times, delivery quality, labor efficiency, and cost management.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing team by effectively allocating workloads, optimizing labor efficiency, and consistently developing team members' capabilities and skills.
  • Actively foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention by promoting a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented workplace culture.
  • Implement and sustain process improvements and operational efficiencies that consistently deliver customer satisfaction and measurable value.
  • Work collaboratively with product and service sales teams, as well as distributor partners, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
  • Clearly articulate and communicate the comprehensive value of Atlas Copco’s services to customers, reinforcing trust and partnership.

To Succeed, You Will Need

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience, demonstrating successful team leadership, development, and retention.
  • Strong proficiency in managing budgets, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing continuous operational improvements.
  • Demonstrated experience in manufacturing environments, preferably involving automation or assembly tooling.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance both internal outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with fastening tools and torque theory is highly preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; a 2-4 year degree in a technical or management discipline preferred; a bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel nationally up to 10-15% as required.
