The Opportunity
- Collects authorized timesheets and modified work agreements
- Calculates leave, overtime, pay and benefit entitlements using information management systems
- Prepares and verifies statement of earnings for employees, indicating gross and net salaries and deductions, such as payroll tax withholdings, insurance and pension plan payments
- Verify and complete government remittances
What You Will Bring To The Role
- Post-secondary diploma in accounting or a related field
- Canadian Payroll Association Certification (Payroll Compliance Practitioner or Certified Payroll Manager) an asset
- Three (3) to Five (5) payroll experience
