The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing procurement activities across both Numeris and NLogic. Reporting to the Director, PMO & Procurement, this role ensures sourcing strategies, vendor partnerships, and contract management practices align with organizational goals and deliver measurable business value.
The incumbent will lead procurement governance, vendor management, and strategic sourcing initiatives that enhance efficiency, strengthen compliance, and support enterprise projects across both organizations.

The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing procurement activities across both Numeris and NLogic. Reporting to the Director, PMO & Procurement, this role ensures sourcing strategies, vendor partnerships, and contract management practices align with organizational goals and deliver measurable business value.
The incumbent will lead procurement governance, vendor management, and strategic sourcing initiatives that enhance efficiency, strengthen compliance, and support enterprise projects across both organizations.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the strategic and operational objectives of Numeris and NLogic.
- Lead strategic sourcing and category management initiatives across technology, professional services, and operations.
- Oversee the full vendor lifecycle — from selection and onboarding to contract negotiation, management, and renewal.
- Strengthen procurement governance frameworks, policies, and best practices across both organizations.
- Drive cost optimization, process improvements, and spend visibility through analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to align procurement with enterprise programs, digital initiatives, and strategic priorities.
- Manage RFx (RFI, RFP, RFQ) processes and ensure adherence to internal procurement and compliance standards.
- Support continuous improvement of procurement maturity and governance under the leadership of the Director, PMO & Procurement.
- Post-secondary degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 8–10 years of progressive procurement or sourcing experience, ideally in a corporate or technology-driven environment.
- Proven success in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of procurement governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with procurement and contract management systems, as well as Microsoft Office tools.
- Professional designation(s): SCMP, CPSM, or equivalent preferred.
