Our client is seeking an Office Services Administrator to help keep their Vancouver office running smoothly and looking its best each morning. This is a hands-on, active role that combines light facilities support with a warm, hospitality-driven approach to daily office life.
You’ll be the go-to person for setting the tone of the day — making sure workspaces are clean and stocked, meeting rooms are ready, and the in-office barista station is up and running. If you love working on your feet, keeping things organized, and being part of a positive, people-focused workplace, this could be a great fit!
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a morning ambassador for the office — friendly, efficient, and ready to help
- Ensure shared areas are guest-ready: Tidy kitchen and break areas
- Clean and reset boardrooms
- Stock fridges, coffee stations, and dishware
- Maintain supply levels across 5 office floors
- Operate the internal barista station: Prepare simple drinks (espresso, tea, lattes) using a Starbucks-style machine
- No POS system or cash handling – internal service only
- Training provided; prior barista experience is a nice to have, not a must
- Support general space upkeep and assist the Office Services team as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in office services, hospitality, restaurants, or customer-facing roles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- A reliable early riser with strong time management skills
- Friendly and approachable personality; team-oriented attitude
- Comfort working on your feet and moving between floors
Schedule & Details
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Must be onsite and ready to go by 6:55 AM
- Office runs on Toronto time (Eastern), so early start times are essential
- Some flexibility may be available with advance notice
